Metal Seated Trunnion Ball Valve: What is It

  • Designed to provide peak performance in elevated temperature applications, the Metal Seated Trunnion Ball Valve features hard faced a ball and seat to minimize wear and extend valve life.
  • The hard face coating is applied using a High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) process and can be either tungsten carbide or chrome carbide.
  • Its adjustable gland packing box with multiple stem sealing helps our customers meet the stringent ISO 15848 fugitive emissions test requirements.
